I know just the place a clearing by a wide terrcaed waterfall flowing into the creek draining into the Skeena River. Alive with salmon and trout and bald eagles and white kermodi bears Since it's a hundred miles from the nearest house, the creek would provide the electricity. Then add a log house, two stories, with wrap around screened veranda. Massive river rock fireplaces in the living room and kitchen with a walk in pantry. Geranium flower boxes at the windows. The flooring has bee
The flooring has been lain in beodroms office. We have just attached four indoor/out door kennels to the laundry room, with kennel runs for either the house dogs or if the kennel is full you can bring four dogs in the house which adds to the earning potential of the boarding facility. Laundry room and main floor bedroom will be completed within a month. We have to relay flooring in the main floor bedroom and bath, and finish the laundry room and then the house will be complete!! Fabulous bench! I recently moved, and it's been my euxsce to totally re-do the matchy matchy bedroom I previously had. Our old set is looking lovely in the guest room, and all we have in our new mstr bedroom is our bed, with no headboard yet, an antique armoire, and that's it. Good possibility.In this case, the city aesssses the lot at $4500 and the house at $490.I don't know what the permit cost would be for demolishing the house. There would also be a dumping fee for the remains.Since there is a parcel across the street that looks like it had a house removed some time ago, and the other boarded houses nearby, I suspect that we would have a hard time convincing a developer / builder to pay much for the lot.Definitely worth considering in an area that less distress or some building in progress! by Joseph posted on Friday, October 02, 2015
