I so agree with you
I so agree with you coach. 2 yrs ago my son played for a Houston based team and his coach had eeyivthrng planned out for them. They had to show up 2hrs before their gm just to start preparing. From watch potential referees to other opponents they may see. Then an hr before their gm they started running, stretching, and other warmup drills outside before they actually got on the court for the 3-6 minute warmup they get right before the gm. They won more than they lost that yr a lot more and 9 of his 11 players receive D1 scholarships. Last summer I watched in extreme frustration as my daughter's team didn't even break a sweat while warming up and our coach sat there and watched them do the same thing all summer and needless to say we lost most of our gms.
